Privacy policy

This policy explains how we process the personal data of visitors to this website and of those who write to us through the contact form, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Who processes the data

What data we collect

If you write to us through the contact form, we collect your name, the contact details you provide (email or phone) and the text of your message. We do not ask for any other data and we ask you not to include any that is not necessary.

While you browse, for security and operational reasons the website records the technical data that every browser sends (for example IP address and browser type). Only if you accept it in the cookie banner, we also use Google Analytics to find out which pages are visited: the details are in the cookie policy.

Why we use it

We use the data from the form only to reply to your request and, if you wish, to prepare a quote. The legal basis for processing is your request itself (pre-contractual measures, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Google Analytics statistics and the Google map are based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time from "Cookie preferences" at the bottom of the pages.

Who sees it

The data from the form is seen only by us. It is stored with the website's hosting provider, with our email service and in our management software, which process it on our behalf. If you accept statistics, the browsing data collected by Google Analytics is processed by Google, as explained in the cookie policy. We do not sell or transfer the data to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep requests for as long as necessary to reply to you. If a request turns into a job, the data is kept for the duration of the relationship and to meet legal obligations (for example tax obligations).

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict its use or to object to its processing, by writing to info@pretlegno.com (Arts. 15-22 GDPR). If you believe the processing is not correct, you can contact the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (the Italian Data Protection Authority, www.garanteprivacy.it).
